Roof Replacement In Spring Circle, Utah

When I realized that I would need a new roof soon, a relative recommended A1 Roofing. I am so glad that I took the recommendation. Israel arranged the estimate and actual work so efficiently that I was actually out of town when they finished the work in mostly one day. The estimate was so flexible and transparent and our needs were all well accommodated. There was one little detail: the skylight window was blocked after the work and there were several rounds of diagnostics but Israel was always quick to respond and made extra efforts to resolve. Indeed it was a little nail and it was readily removed. Everything has been working great ever since and this winter I won’t need to worry about the heavy load on the roof.

The A1 crew was honest, straightforward and easy to work with. They did a great job on my roof and were very reasonable throughout the negotiation process. We worked with other roofers and some were trying to overcharge, others weren't organized and didn't have itemized summaries of services and materials. A1 started with a competitive price and were flexible enough given our requirements to work with us to create the right package. They have a lifetime workmanship guarantee, use premium materials and got our roof done in one day! Would use them again.

We had a Super Awesome Experience with A1Roofing! Anthony and Israel are wonderful and efficient to work with . Integrity is one of the first things I felt from Anthony after talking with him the first time and then meeting him in person when he came that afternoon to look at our Home and give us more details and what we expected and wanted . We had had another place all lined up and had worked with them for a year but we had some crazy things happen and had to postpone things - ( that had to be a blessing indiguise we would soon find out ) then we double checked again 2 months before that , all was still good and the same numbers . We then called again to determine colors and confirm numbers and details and they started changing things and saying that numbers and some things weren’t in the bid — we knew numbers had gone up but it was an extreme amount and with just talking to them 2 months before saying everything was the same - it just started going south from there, I just felt negative energy start consume me - I felt very frustrated and lost and didn’t know what to do after that phone call - It threw us for a curve ball !!! I then went to a party after that conversation feeling very frustrated . After sitting by a neighbor at the party and sharing my experience from a a few hours before I had my neighbor say let me go get my phone - I think I have the perfect company to have you call. He tell me that these guys would be great to work with and are very service oriented and do a Wonderful Job! I screen shot the number and. And and went home feeling some relief ! The next day I was able to call A-1 Roofing and chatted with Anthony and I immediately felt good energies and Integrity from the conversation. He came over that late afternoon to look at our roof and confirm a few things. We got dates settled to and when 1/2 the money would be due . We then we went out of town and on our last day on our trip sent the 1/2 money due , we then came back and reconfirmed everything , got the exact colors , dates and contract signed ! 2 days later the singles were being delivered - I couldn’t believe how fast it all came through and easy it was and so easy to work with. We just did an over lay on our original shingles . We did not go through our home owners insurance for multiple reasons. The color for the roof we chose was Williamsburg Gray We highly recommend A-1 Roofing and am grateful for the Awesome experience we had and the integrity they have in company , their work , and in their experience they shared with us through the whole process !
